Dealertrack was founded in 2011 to provide web-based solutions and service to enhance efficiency and profitability for all major segments of the automotive retail industry, including dealers, lenders, manufacturers, and agents. The 230,000 sf office was built, and is owned and managed in a joint venture between Castagna Realty and Tritec Real Estate Group.

Designed by Spector Group, the new headquarters is an environmentally friendly building that encompasses many unique architectural features to compliment this trophy HQ. Long Island Business News awarded this project the 2015 Commercial Development of the Year for Long Island. Dealertrack was purchased by Cox Communications, the largest cable company in the US.
